In 1946 John Marks, the father of David and Jon Marks, operated a one-man metal shop in the barn on their family farm. This was the embryo of what would continue to grow from one generation to the next. Since those early days, the pleasures of providing personalized metal fabrication have endured and flourished, moving from the father to sons and now to the grandsons. The team work and craftsmanship of our expanding work force is clearly one of our primary assets. Several of our people have been with us for over 20 years.

We have also invested in some of the most sophisticated equipment in the industry and continue to discover relevant applications for each system in the markets that we serve. From proto-typing to production runs, our lasers, CNC forming systems, automatic orbital welding, and other precision tools enable us to serve our customers well. Every year we make significant investments in technical research and development.

We are a close-knit business. We have lived under the sober acknowledgement that discipline combined with commitment produces prosperity which has the capacity to destroy them both. Our values are simple - to continue a tradition of integrity while making the most of our God-given opportunities and resources. We are in business to serve our customers with vigor, efficiency, and quality workmanship.

The farm is now becoming surrounded by residential development, so we have secured a 5.5 acre industrial site that we expect to provide ample growth possibilities for years to come. We now have crews working at both locations addressing different categories of work. We expect to consolidate all operations in the next couple of years. It is our daily pleasure to see our people exercising diligence, creativity, and teamwork in their efforts to secure our place in a challenging and changing marketplace.
